Checking Filter driver

Hello, I have an application that uses a libusb-win32 filter driver, it works well thank you! One problem we have is that our users sometimes forget to install the filter driver and our application fails. What is the best way to check if the required filter driver is loaded with our application so we can prompt users to do it! Sid.
