I have tried libusb-win32/libusb Windows/libusbK under Windows 10
preview and they all work fine for the devices I tested.

On the other hand, Win10 preview is not yet a release product so there
could be bugs there as well.

And often newer version of Windows will be less and less
tolerant to non-compliant USB device.
