libusb-win32 source repo mirrored in github

Just for your information, I have created a github mirror of the
libusb-win32 subversion. It is much easier to use github to
look into the commit history than using Sourceforge.

In any case, if someone wants to create a fork of libusb-win32,
please take note of the license. It is more restrictive than libusbK.
