if you want to play around or learn usb and redo all on your own then start
to learn the basic first

end point address  0x84 is what you'll use to access  end point 4 input
end point address  0x04 will be use to talk to end point 4 output
for all ep bit 7 of the address is the direction (ep0 is special)
note that ep 4 in and out are real  different ep
