Installer is big because it contain 32 and 64 bit version 
As far i remember it also include the 3 libusb0,libusbk, and in winusb base
driver by default.

If  you use only one of this then you may remove the non related files and
"re-pack"  to get smaller installer 

In the help (http://libusbk.sourceforge.net/UsbK3/usbk_installers.html) i do
not see any warring about redistribution limitation.

The installer must be run/insatlled  at customer site, user will get usual
warning about provider check 
unless you resign the installer properly.
