Errors on Hyper-V 2012 R2

I'm trying to get Network UPS Tools (NUT) working on my Hyper-V server and I'm running into libUSB problems. Specifically, when I run this command: usbhid-ups.exe -D -a ups I get the output shown below. How can I got about troubleshooting this? The error message doesn't seem to provide much information. My UPS is detected, however, so there does appear to be basic communication occurring.
