Windows 10 signing for libusb-win32

Is libusb-win32 Windows 10 compatible? How do I get a signed version for 
Windows 10? I've heard people have trouble installing r libusb-win32 in 
Windows 10 with inf-wizard.exe.

libusb-win32 is still quite popular with ~400 downloads a day.
