Not supported and I think Travis has no plan to update libusbK to support
this feature (or any other new features) now.

I do not know of any generic usb driver which fully supports this.
Microsoft has the following documentation which seems to indicate you
need to write your own driver.

If you are using Linux (and macOS), then you can use libusb which has
this support.
