libusbk 3.1.0.0 released

 I am pleased to announce the release of libusbk 3.1.0.0, thanks to
the great efforts of Travis Robinson, the developer of libusbk.

Please take note that libusbk.sys is the same as the 3.0.7.0 release
as it has been signed previously and will continue to work. The main
updates are with the library (libusbk.dll) and the driver installer.

The most significant new feature is the isochronous support for WinUSB
