libusb-1.2.7.2 snapshot release signed with digital signature

Thanks to the great work of Peter Dons Tychsen (current libusb-win32 developer).
He has released libusb-win32 snapshot release  20211025 (version 1.2.7.2). He
has also signed the libusb0.sys file with the valid digital certificate.

As mentioned in the wiki, inf-wizard does not work. So please use the
Zadig snapshot here if you want to install the latest libusb0.sys for your
device.
