Hi,

The GUI I wrote called libusb-win32 to communicate with Keysight DMM 34464A
via USB. During the communication process, I restarted the power supply of
the DMM. From the bus sound software, it appears that USB is no longer able
to send messages. Opening the GUI again allows for USB communication. After
opening the GUI several times, USB cannot send messages again. Why is this
