No. That libusbk inf wizard is not part of libusb-win32 project, but rather
part of libusbK project.

You can use the bundled Zadig utility to install libusb-win32 1.4.0 device
driver. You can also use libwdi wdi-simple example as a template to write
your own driver installer.
