libwww on solaris- connect problem

hi,
I am a application that uses libwww.  IT works well on NT on solaris,
when it does connect (in HTDoConnect) it gets error ENOENT (no such file
or directory). On NT I get EWOULDBLOCK which what is expecte. I am able
to connet to same server from NT but on solaris I get this error.  Any
idea what could be the problem?
