BTW, the following files from 5.3.2 were missing in the tarball for 5.4.0:

config/htmlCase.pl
config/splitBigTcpdump.pl
config/makeindx.pl
config/netmon2tcpdump.pl
config/makedefs.pl
config/winConfigure.pl
config/makexprt.pl
config/tcpdump2xplot.pl
config/iter.pl

At least some of them are needed for bootstrapping the code, so it would be
nice if you could re-add them for the next release.
