servlet command line usage

Hi,
I am trying to use the w3c command line (webcon) tool to retrieve results 
from a servlet, the url that I wish to send is something like:

http://abc.net/qtoolsServ/servlet/VolView.servlets.WebTrick?VolWindowStart=31-Mar-2002&VolWindowEnd=31-Mar-2003

But it does not recognize the servlet parameters....

is this possible to do thru the cmd line tool, if yes how?
