error in post request

hi Hanspeter,
thankyou for good suggestions.
As u said, it is true that the post request is broken.
My second http request is part of my first request
(means broken part)
i am getting following error for my broken request 

Fatal Error: 403 Forbidden (Forbidden) 

for my problem can i use HTTP_setBodyWriteDelay ()
function.
please update me as soon as possible.
i will be thankful
