[ Announcement ] Libwww 5.4.0 Win32 binary package released

Fellow contributors and users of Libwww,
 
I've just released a Win32 binary precompiled package of libwww and
its applications, companion to the Libwww 5.4.0 release. This package
includes the Web Commander, the ComLine browser, the Webbot, and almost all 
of the the tiny applications.
