Thanks, the problem was that the configure script from xmlrpc calls
"libwww-config --libs"

and this gives not enough.

I added a line

        LIBWWW_LDADD="`$LIBWWW_CONFIG --libs`"
        LIBWWW_LDADD="-lwwwssl -lpics -lwwwapp $LIBWWW_LDADD"

and the library compiled...
