Hi Bastian,
thank you for your help. But unfortunately it didn't work. With:
patch -p1 < patchfile
I get:
patching file itl/interface/detail/mtl_amend.h
patching file itl/interface/detail/mtl_classical_gram_schmidt.h
patch unexpectedly ends in middle of line
Hunk #1 succeeded at 69 with fuzz 1.
I'm not quite sure what that means. Then I tried gmake but with the
same result as before.
