Set all matrix elements to some double val

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a method to set all elements of a
dynamically created Matrix/Vector to some (double) value. I have tried
e.g:

set(matrix, 1.0)

I know its easy to add such a method to my code, however I would prefer
to use one if it exists.
