Can't compile blais.h w/MSVC6

Hi,

Apologies if this has been answered -- couldn't find it in the archive.

I tried to include blais.h in a program compiling under MSVC 6.0. The
compiler threw 22 errors covering 11 template structs it didn't like. The
complaint about each was "template class has already been defined as a
non-template class". These were all recursive templates. Is there a fix
for this?

TIA,

Paul
