Re: Singular Value Decomposition

Hi -- the file mtl2lapack.h should have a function mtl2lapack::gesvd() 
that dispatches to the lapack fortran gesvd function.  The fortran 
gesvd function should be declared in lapack.h.  Other, but not all, 
lapack functions are also available this way.
