mtl/lu_inverse.h Bug?

I'm using mtl-2.1.20 on MSVC 6.0. Using the lu_inverse function, I
discovered that it is still using mtl::set instead of mtl::set_value.
Changing allows compilation to proceed though I have not checked the
results.
