Is MTL still an active project?

Hi,
It looks like the last post from Rich Lee was over a month ago. Does anyone on 
this mailing list have access to the CVS for MTL? Is MTL still being actively 
maintained? If not, does anyone know if Boost uBLAS is an adequate 
replacement for MTL?
