geev

I'm having problems using geev - i end up getting an unresolved external 
symbol. Can someone help me find the library file i'm missing? I've been 
told that it should be in lapack, but i can only find that in 
linux-distributables. I'm using windows, so please - no linux files or 
solutions only for linux!
