Autoconf is the culprit (or rather, MTL/ITL doesn't seem to support
autoconf 2.5x). There's a compatibility package in FC5 that you can
use, autoconf213. It contains binaries named /usr/bin/autoconf-2.13
and so on, and it's probably installed on your system already.
