Re: MTL and Visual Studio 2005

Hello Serge,

If you don't mind I can put the on the MTL pages.  Giving  you credit  
of course. (If you wish including a link to your page.)  I know this  
would help a lot of people because MTL 2 contains a lot of hacks to  
work with old MS compilers and exactly this special code creates  
problems with newer MS compilers.  You certainly know this otherwise  
you didn't get it fixed. ;-)
