compiling test codes on gcc 3.4.4 (using cygwin)

Hi,

I'm trying to compile my program which uses MTL library (and my program 
with MTL works quite well with Visual Studio 2005) on cygwin with gcc 
3.4.4 (I should then upload it to a high performance computer with Unix 
platform).

The problem is, I even cannot compile the test programs in MTL/test/src 
folder except quick_test.cc.  By the way I downloaded MTL Unix version, 
but it gives a lot of errors related with library header files. What is 
the problem there?

Any help  will be greatly appreciated...
