Test fails in MTL4 alpha 1

Hi,

One of the tests fails on my mac. The problem seems to be related to the 
function

template <typename Matrix>
void raw_copy_test(Matrix& matrix, col_major)

in compressed2D_inserter.cpp. The index array created in the problematic 
function looks strange. I get the output attached below.

I am using:

boost 1.34.1
i686-apple-darwin8-g++-4.0.1 (GCC) 4.0.1 (Apple Computer, Inc. build 5363)


The other tests works fine.
