MTL 4 released

Hi everybody on the two mailing lists,

We are happy announce that we now release the Alpha version of MTL 4.  I 
fixed the few bugs that I heard of in the last weeks.  The latest 
version can be downloaded at 
http://www.osl.iu.edu/research/mtl/mtl4/download.php3

I like to thank for all the helpful and encouraging comments I received.

To separate concerns a little I want to ask sending mails concerning MTL

The mailing list was fairly silent in the last years but it is now a 
good moment to revive it.
