MTL with LAPACK and ATLAS under CYGWIN

Hi there!

I am trying to install MTL on my windows 2000 machine under a recent (1
month old) CYGWIN environment.

I fetched MTL and can ./configure && make && make install it without the
LAPACK libraries, which seems to work fine. (no errors, anyway).


BUT, I can't work out what to pass to configure to get the LAPACK examples
working. I know it's --with-lapack=.... but what do I put exactly?

I've included a list of where the various files are on my machine. Make is
GNU make and compiler is GCC 3.2.

If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it!
