*I am working in a Computational Electromagnetics (CEM) problem. I am
trying to use MTL for storing and updating data in a sparse matrix. The
matrices will be of the order of 10^7 by 10^7 or even higher, with say some
4 non-zero elements per row.*

*I will be grateful if someone can share knowledge about this or send
documentation on the usage of MTL4. It is URGENT!!!*
