It should be  C:\Program Files\OpenSC Project\PKCS11-Spy\pkcs11-spy.dll

Its a PKCS#11 driver that logs the activity of calls and returns of
another PKCS#11 lib or dll that you specify via environment variables or on Windows the registry.

See this as to where in the registry to set the module and output:

You install pkcs11-spy.dll as a Firefox Security Device in place of yours.

I have not used it on Windows lately, It should be in 0.13.0.
