Bug: Read binary command apdu fails on German E-Health Card with Cherry Reader

Hello,

we discovered a bug in the ccid driver.

For a Cherry GmbH SmartBoard XX44 [Smart Card Reader USB] Model RS 6700
USB the ReadBinary command apdu executed on a German E-Health Card fails.

We used the openecard app https://github.com/ecsec/open-ecard .
The problem is not the java smart card IO because we tested it
successfully on a Window 7 with the current java version.

On the following systems the ReadBinary command failed:
Debian with ccid v 1.4.11 pcsc-lite v 1.8.8, up to date java
PCLinuxOS with ccid v 1.4.10 pcsc-lite v 1.8.8, up to date java
