Use of PCSCLITE_NO_BLOCKING

Hi

Does PCSCLITE_NO_BLOCKING environment variable make a difference in the
behavior of SCardBeginTransaction, SCardConnect, SCardDisconnect,
SCardTransmit and SCardStatus calls in a sharing environment ( multiple
applications accessing the reader/card)?.
