Problem with CryptoStick and Mac OS 10.8

Hello,

I have some problems with generating gpg keys on a CryptoStick
(http://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/ccid/shouldwork.html#0x20A00x4107)
with Mac OS 10.8.

Werner Koch from GnuPG said it would be a problem with the card reader:

Key generation worked before with earlier versions of Mac OS but doesn't
work with current 10.8, tested on two machines. There are no problems
with other gpg operations on the smartcard.

Unfortunately generating the log as mentioned at
http://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/ccid.html#support doesn't work. I only
get this output and an empty logfile:
