Changes compared to your patch:
- use --enable-polkit instead of --with-polkit
- ./configure will fail instead warn if --enable-polkit is used but
polkit is not found
- some minor changes in the log for src/auth.c
- change the way org.debian.pcsc-lite.policy file is installed
