thanks for comments. plz guide me to the list where i can put this question.
i have read the protocol. my reader works fine on cryptoflexcards. it means
protocol is implemented correctly. why it doesn't working on dot net cards
properly?
on default etu, reader can read 3B, then it stuck waiting for start bit. i
think line didn't goes low for start bit. I have read in some document that
reader ask transmitter to send byte by asserting low signal during guard
period. that is not mentioned in ISO7816-3 .
plz share your veiws.

Hi:
i have developed smart card interface for cryptoflex on FPGA, now i am
working on Dot net Smart cards.
when I insert my card in the system developed for Cryptoflex I only get
TS(3B) in response of ATR and after that my READER STUCK some where.
F=372 and D=12 for cryptoflex and F=512 and D=32 for Dot net smart card
what would be new ETU @ 4Mhz!!
Or m i missing something!!
