Your logs are about the "Alcor Micro AU9540" reader.
This reader is in the "unsupported" list at
https://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/ccid/unsupported.html#0x058F0x9540

I don't know why you think you are using a Rocketek RT-SCR1 reader.

And it seems there are reasons why it is not in the supported list.
