Thanks for taking time to test, and fix the terminfo file for kmscon.
I will update the one in kmscon with your fixes.

Hum ok, I will see if I can reproduce it.
If you find bugs, don't hesitate to open an issue in kmscon [1] or 
libtsm [2] directly.

flash and blink are not implemented, so I'm more surprised that it did 
work once.
