[PATCH 00/16] patches for ncurses 20260808

Hi folks,

Been a while since I've submitted some patches.

About half of these are my usual man page fixups, one of them which
clarifies an issue Antonio Niño Díaz brought up last month.[1]

I also found and fixed a bug in the "ncurses" test program.  And because
I found a couple of the form library test programs hard to use, I tried
to make them easier.
