[PATCH 0/6 v2] Updates to the new math code

v2:
- Made HAVE_FAST_FMA macros consistent with other HAVE_* macros.
- Removed TOINT_RINT and TOINT_SHIFT.
- Include sinf/cosf namespace fix in the patch set.

There are some modifications and bug fixes in the Arm Optimized
Routines repo and i'd like to sync newlib with it.
