Makefile.in not regenerated for libc/posix

Hello, 
Makefile.in wasn’t regenerated for libc/posix 
For the commit: https://sourceware.org/git/?p=newlib-cygwin.git;a=commit;h=d8ee634506424ce8b3bea057b84ec82dfdd7a821
So the changes from the commit are not building
