libgloss for aarch64 failed

Hello, I tried to build a newlib for cross-compile toolchain.

I configured libgloss below.

../libgloss/configure --target=aarch64-linux

When running make after, it failed with rdimon.specs cp.


Is there anybody else having the same problem?
