Re: [PATCH] newlib/libc/include/sys/features.h: Update RTEMS section

Also https://sourceware.org/pipermail/newlib/2025/022120.html is v3 of a
patch to setjmp.h. v3 was also posted on 3 Oct.

I hope everyone is doing well. This delay is not usual for newlib.
