I just did a recursive grep word search for "Boston" across newlib-cygwin and 
got surprising results, as most Cygwin sources are under LGPL v3+, but most are 
referred to as under CYGWIN_LICENSE, which refers to COPYING.LIB, which has the 
URL instead of the Boston address.

Most newlib code is under BSD, MIT, X or similar commercially permissive licences
Some hosted implementations may be under GNU licences e.g. Cygwin
Most configuration and build tools, scripts, control, and make files have GNU licences

… => some or all matching files have a Boston address
GNU has replaced these with FSF site URL <https://fsf.org/>
