Holidays and Yearly Snapshot

Just to inform everyone that I will be on vacation until Jan 5th.

I would like to cut the yearly snapshot at the end of December but I
realize there are some patches yet to be reviewed.  If there are any
missing patches or patches to be reviewed that are imperative to be part of
the snapshot, please comment on the list and if necessary, I will postpone
the snapshot until all of these can be reviewed/merged.

If you celebrate Christmas, have a Merry Christmas.  If you do not and have
vacation time - Happy Holidays, and if not, at least have a Happy New Year.
