Auth in cached pages

Hi JS,

How are you? The auth system is not yet implemented in the prepend.php
example use of prepend.php output buffering. I'd like to implement it and
thought you might have some input.

I think the way it used to work was that the same auth code was also input
into the cached file. Can you confirm this? Does this make sense here?
