Old _tmp folder

Hi,

Is there any reason for the old _tmp directory do be in the _data/
directory? I see in the sample master.xml file you reference
<tmp>/user/local/tmp/urbanlotus.net/</tmp>

Makes much more sense to me. I'd rather have one general tmp folder to
clean up if need be, than many disparate ones.
