Re: 0.9-rc1

I would think it wouldn't require much, as normalizing a vector is, 
well, normalizing it. The dNormalize3() function has been very well tested.

I also think 0.9r1 should wait for the normalization, if someone's 
working on it. If we don't have a volunteer, then release.
